Reopening of the Severn Valley

On the way to visit my grandfather for his 90th birthday, we stopped off at the Severn Valley Railway on the day of its reopening following the devestating floods of June 2007.

The event saw visiting SDJR 2-8-0 No. 88 join newly restored No. 7812 and Nos. 4566, 5164 and 45110.

Shots from the morning and evening with the usual gear plus a polarising filter on some of them, used as an experiment really. No shots afternoon time.
